Firmware update for Dell 962 AIO printer issues.
Did a driver and firmware update for a 962 AIO. The driver installation whent smoothly but the firmware update has a time out error during installation. Since the error the printer works fine but the copies now come out over exposed and nearly all black.
Any ideas?

Jeff,
I really don't recommend flashing the firmware on the printers. I would try to flash it again connected with the usb cable and see what happens. If the printer is new, then try the warranty on the printer.
