Follow-on to V715w printer issue

Question

I see that my other user (my administrator login system still works fine) can only see the printer as a fax, not as a printer, so every time the other user tries to print, it defaults to asking how the fax is to be sent, rather than giving an option to deselect the fax and reselect the 715 as a printer.  How do I get my other user to be able to select between fax and printer?

Found out (thanks for help, PUDGYONE) that it's there if I dig hard enough.  Now to make the gmail print selection suite make printing the default for all users, not fax or document saver or scan or something else, sigh.

rcamero1,   Click on the blue subject line in the email and it will bring you back to this thread.   What browser are you using or email program?     Rick

If you open the email you want to print, click the down arrow next to reply or click on print all, then you shopuld see a screen like this.

Make sure the proper printer is selected, then click print.
