Hardware Error 0502
My daughter (away at college), installed new printer cartridges on her 940 Dell printer and all she got was the message "Hardware Error 0502". Did she install the cartridges backwards?

helo sir.. did anyone figured out how to fix this error.. coz we cant use our printer ryt now.. and we nid it very badly.. please advice..
