HELP...dell 962 printer with inspiron 6000

Question

can anyone help please!!!!! I have a dell 962 AIO printer along with an Insprion 6000 notebook I cannot find the cd my printer came with and I need to install a new driver i tried using the one on the website but there is a message that keeps popping up that it encountered a problem and needs to close....then send error report.   I cannot figure out the problem...then another thing is that it is giving me a microsoft runtime c+++ pop up

Check to make sure that all the print jobs in the que have been deleted. Perform a disk cleanup thru the properties on the local drive.
