Horizontal lines on page

Hi

My printer (Dell 1235cn) has recently started printing yellow, magenta, cyan and black horizontal lines on the pages I print. The lines alway appear in the same place. I have pasted a sample print below.

Can someone please tell me what I need to do to fix this?
