How do I reset 5210n NVRAM?

I am looking to reset the NVRAM on the 5210n. I have a couple of them that have locked me out of the web configuration tool, so I need to reset the password. Thanks!

You need to enter Configuration Mode on the printer:
1. Turn off the printer.
2. Press and hold the DOWN and RIGHT arrow buttons.
3. Turn on the printer.
4. Release the buttons when "Performing Self Test" displays.

Use the down arrow button to select the Factory Defaults menu item; press the Enter button.
This setting enables a user to restore all the printer settings to the original factory settings. Selections are Restore Base and Restore Network. The following settings are not changed:
• Display language
• Settings in the NETWORK/PORTS MENU group.

That didn't work, it went to a diagnostics menu :/ It seems this model isn't so well documented. Would I be able to reset the web config password any other way?

I re-read your reply....... You did say Diaghnostics mode, right?

OHHHHH...... MY MISTAKE !!!!
Step 2 should be " Press and hold the ENTER and RIGHT arrow buttons".

Sorry for the confusion.

Hi, I had a similar issue at the support firm I work at.  A clients printer (a 5210n) is giving a 900 error when printing a certain excel document.  I decided to update the firmware and discovered the system password locked in the web client.  I attempted the steps above, resetting it to factory settings and reset to base as the sub menu after that.  However, the config still prompts me for a password.  Did I perform this solution incorrectly, or is there a default admin password I could be made aware of?
