OCR software

Question

Question: My system tells me that I should install the OCR software from the cd.  Which cd???  MY printer (A940) doesn't give me an option to select any specific install.  Where can I find this software (i.e., within the included dell package)?  What are my options to scan a document into MSWord format?   Thanks

Hi there, The OCR software I believe is on the Dell printer cd it's not a option when you just run the cd however you need to browse the cd for the ocr folder and run the setup file from within that folder.
