I've done everything listed in your reply to remove the paper jan on my c2665dnf. I can see the piece of paper stuck in the printer from the back of the printer. It is located after the first 2 rollers accessed on the printer when the MPT is removed. But I can't access it there.
Opening up the back of the printer, I can see the paper stuck between 2 rollers. I used tweezers to try to remove the paper but thee paper is caught tightly between the rollers.
Could you please advise me how to release the tension on the rollers so I can remove the jam?
I called support but my printer is out of warranty. They said they could send someone out for $175. Don't think I want to spend that much on an out of warranty printer. I could just buy a new printer which seems such a waste.
Is there a way I could get a service manual? I believe everyone who owns one of these older printers is out of warranty.Paper stuck in rollers. Seen from the back of c2665dnf printer. How do I access the paper to clear the jam?
