Unplug the printer from the wall. Now remove the power brick for 60 seconds. This reset any error messages the printer is getting. This might reset the page count, but I cannot be sure.

I do not see that in the Manual. Have you tried Restoring the Factory Defaults to see if it clears the page count?

Not sure if this will work.
