Printer 966 aio does not connect on windows 7

Question

Hello, My problem: Try to install my 966 aio printer to my with laptop windows 7. Downloaded de uninstall patch did it and then installed the web32966en. During the installation i cant go furter because when i must connect the usb cable the computer doesnt recognize the connection ( i cant push the button too proceed). After automatic installation the post : driver hasnt been installed appearce. When i try too print anyway with de printprogram, follwoing message: libgimpui-2.0-0.dll is not found on your computer. When i download this file it is still not found by the computer. Can anyone help me  please? regards

Try running Finding System Information REMOVE YOUR PRODUCT ID and post the rest of the information back here.

Was your computer upgraded to Windows 7 (32-bit or 64-bit) ?

What virus program and firewall are you using?
