Printer Driver for Mac OS X 10.11
I just purchased a E525w laser printer and there is not a printer driver available for OS X 10.11. When will one be available? Or should I return printer and buy something different?

Dell only had the Apple Mac OS driver available for the V525W printer. I cannot say for sure if it will work with your OS. I have also not heard of any other Apple OS drivers will be created for this printer.

Dell does have a 10.10 driver for the E525w printer. I am wanting a driver for 10.11 (El Capitan) the newest OS. The driver you mention is still for 10.10.

You don't know if new drivers for El Capitan (10.11) are being developed? I see there are several inquiries as to when drivers for all Dell printers are going to be available for the latest Mac OS.

Hello Grockload,
Please see my post on the link below. This provides some background on the process we take to get MAC drivers released. Please note that this can take some time as we have to validate and process the final package. There are many things that go into this not just from a technical stand point but also deployment and legal concerns.
