Printer error 0502
my dell AIO940 keeps coming up with "HARDWARE ERROR 0502" when I try to print. Happens with e-mails and anything I want to copy off the computer. To run a regular copy, it sometimes has the same error. Anyone know what this error means and how I can correct it? Thank you!!

It appears that the printer head that moves across with the ink cartridges is sticking. Here is a definition of that error code from your printer's user guide:
Hardware Error: 502
The printer is stalled.
Press Power to turn your printer off.
Unplug your printer.
Check for paper jams.
Plug in your printer.
Press Power to turn your printer on.
Use the Express Service Code on your printer and call the Dell Techies for assistance.
