 pkbrock,

Make and model of your computer and operating system is helpful. 32-bit or 64-bit. The language you installed Windows with is also helpful.

The language, is it the language on the printer or the language of the drivers and the Dell All-In-One Center?

Rick - My computer is a Vostro 1500 running Windows version 5.1.  The language on the printer is fine....I have it set to English.  It is the language of the drivers and the Dell All-In-One-Center.

Thanks in advance for any help!  It is VERY frusturating!

Kris,

Disconnect the printer. Download and run the patch(printer cleanup utility) until it prompts you to restart your computer.

Restart your computer.

Download the XP drivers(patch is there, also) from Dell 924 Photo All-In-One Printer owners thread (W7) and tell me if they're English drivers or not. Install the printer. You get a message, the printer is not connected. Connect the printer at this time(powered on)

Rick - THANK YOU!  You fixed it!  I can't tell you how long I have been trying to get this issue resolved.  I have been on Dell's support site several times with no help or luck.  I will use the support forum again if I ever have another issue....hopefully I will get you to help me again!

Thank you again and have a great evening

Kris
