Printhead on V715w

Question

Colours print perfectly but black doesn't.  So I went through the cleaning printhead process and black worked but the colours didn't! So I did it again and now colours work but black does not! I am using either a coffee filter paper - as suggested by Dell - or a J cloth Any advice please? Ian

Ian, Try reading... The Printer Does Not Recognize the Ink Cartridge or Only Prints in One Color Also try going to printer preferences and make sure the box is checked to use all available ink. Rick
