Hi RAH2424,
Please refer to Microsoft Article using the link mentioned below:

Also, try a different browser(Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox) to check if it is a browser specific issue.
CTRL + P is the command you can press on the keyboard for the print menu to come up.
If it is browser specific issue, reset IE using the link mentioned below:
