Problem Installing C2665dnf printer
Just purchased new printer and won't install.
Connected via USB to laptop running windows 8.1 and ran setup assist from CD but when I
get to this page and click on Install nothing happens.
I have tried:
- turning on and off printer and reconnecting USB lead
- running the setup assist as Administrator.
- allowing setup assist through the windows firewall
Any suggestions

Hello JJHogan,
Thank you for posting for the forum. It appears that the printer is not recognized by the computer. This can be caused by several things. The best thing to try is a different USB cable, if issues persist try installing on a different computer. If the install works on a different computer then you could have an issue with the USB ports on your PC.
If neither of those steps then the board on the printer is likely bad and you will need to contact support thru phone or chat.
