Problem with the Dell V505 Copying Function
When we make copies, a large (3in. x 1in.) area (in upper right corner) of each copy is blackened out . What is causing this and what is the solution to eliminate it? It does NOT appear when printing to our Dell V505.

Are you using the Automatic Document Feeder or placing the document on the glass?
When you copy, click on copy, then press the down arrows to make sure all settings are correct, like 100% paper size, etc.
