Remote Desktop Printing Problem with A960

Help!  I have a user in London who is accessing his office PC in NY via Remote Desktop Service on Windows XP Professional.  I've installed the drivers for the A960 under port TS001 on his office PC in NY and he's installed the printer drivers locally on his laptop (the printer is with him in London).

The Printers option is checked off under the Local Services section of RDS but yet he's getting a communication error whenever he tries to print. 

Any suggestions to get this to work?

Have you solved your problem since 03-09-2004 ?

I have posted the same one on 10-06-2004 with an A960 printer. I have no solution yet. I have transfered it to Dell Technical support.

It seems to be a well known problem with any printer connected via an USB port. I have no problem with another printer connected via a paralell port, but this obviously impossible with an A920 nor an A960.

Please let me know about any progress you make. I will too.
