Scan and Fax Manager Not Using Settings

I've got an 1135 that I'm setting the scan button options with, but I cant seem to get the multi-page tiff selection to be active. It only creates single-page tiffs. I've deleted and re-added the folder with the multi-page option, but it still creates singles. Anyone know of any tricks to get the thing to accept the change?
