Scanning Problem & Driver Install Issue -- 946 Printer

I have a 946 Printer that has never scanned.  Otherwise, it has printed fine.  I don't seem to have the right software or driver installed.  I don't seem to have anything that I can find to uninstall.  When I attempt to install a new driver, I get all the way through the process up to the point of where I'm supposed to be prompted to install.  But I can't seem to get to that point.

On a related note, I don't seem to have the all-in-one program.

Any help that anyone can provide would be very much appreciated!
