To Everyone with Error Message 2200..........

After a lengthy conversation with a Dell Tech Support person- via the phone- she advised me that there is a 90% chance that this error message is a hardware problem- so you might want to quit wasting your time & energy & emotions TRYING to fix something you can't. Sorry for the bad news but at least now i can move on from all of this hopefulness!
Gonna buy a new AIO- but it won't be a Dell. See Cnet for the best reviews is my advice.

Ok, so I've had my 962 for a few years now and love it, but I've just recently changed the toner and now if we try to copy anything I get the error 2200.  We can print from the computer, I haven't tried to scan or fax yet, but of course I can't find anywhere on the manuals what this error is.    I'm not feeling very hopeful now.
