Trouble Installing Dell Printer Driver
Hi all, I’m trying to install a Dell printer driver on my computer, but the installation keeps failing midway. I’ve downloaded the driver from the official site, but the printer still isn’t detected after install.
Has anyone run into this issue before? Any advice on the correct driver or installation steps would be really helpful. Thanks!

Hi
Please can you confirm the Make Model and OS, along with any configuration details like touch screen, backlit keyboard, SFF or tower etc etc.
Which specific printer, and where exactly was the driver obtained from?

While downloading, make sure you download the exact driver for your printer model and your Windows version (32/64-bit), then uninstall the old Dell printer drivers and restart your PC and reinstall the new one as administrator. If there is a USB, plug it in only when prompted, and if it is a network, confirm it on the same Wi-Fi and add it manually via “Add Printer” if auto-detect fails.
