I would think there might be something in the printer setup.

I have a Dell 964 printer. If I want to print something on multiple pages, I have it set to print the last page firet. Now it gets tricky. If you tell it theat, then when you put the paper back in(since my printer won't go this automatically) I have to put a picture in my mind on what pages I want what. To simplifly things, sonce I'm 50 and don't remember things, I usually print one or two pages at a time, so I don't get messed up.

There should be a setting, either in the printer settings on the computer or I'm also thinking that it may be in the program you used to print the multiple page document. I remember there is a setting in Work for this, see I do sometimes forget! :smileywink: If you have the identical programs on each computer, then look and compare the settings, much easier.

The solution to this issue came to me of all places - In My Sleep. It's so easy I had to laugh. I tried it and it worked.  Then I read Mr ----------suggestion (Message 2), who came close. Thanks

When printing pass two, take the last sheet (bottom) and place it first (Top). BINGO.

My HP software   only allows duplex printing choices of sorting sets and Flipping up or down. No option to print last page first. (Although this might be a solution, if available).

I guess I can now delete the 15 or so e-mails from HP and make some room on my hard drive getting rid of the various drivers HP guessed that will 'solve' a problem that the printer is 'not' capable of.... duh...
