use and return program dell laser toner cartridges

I am aware that there are use and return cartridges avaiable for some of dells printers you get to buy at a lower price in exchange for returning the cartridge when its empty.  Now, i have a 1600n and want to know if there is a less expensive use and return cartirge avialble.  The January peripherals and software catalogue refers to a bundle package of tray and toner and usb cable that refers to the cartriges being use and return  so does it or does it not exist?  moderator please or personal experiences of any meembers thank you
