User Interface for CP4525N Color Printer

Question

After reinstalling the printer driver, under Preferences Paper/Quality Printing Preferences Special Pages the 'Insert Pages' option is no longer there.  This option was there the past year as we use it daily.  I have tried re-installing form the original CD that came with the printer, and every download from HP's site I could find.  Nothing has worked.
