Using recycled paper in Dell Laser Printers

Denison University is looking at ways to "green" our campus. It has been suggested that we move to a 100% post consumer recycled paper. What are your experiences with using recycled paper. I am concerned about paper feed/jams, print quality, and dust/wear and tear from the recycled products. Boise is our paper supplier and they have Aspen 100 that they guarantee is laser compatible. I understand from their web site and sales staff that they have made great strides in quality over the last couple of years. I want to hear some real life experiences from others trying to be environmentally friendly with their paper selections.
