Using wireless usb adapter on printer
I have a printer that is too big to fit in the room with my laptop. I wasn't looking to have to run a usb cable all the way across the room. I was wondering if I could buy a wireless usb adapter and attach it to my printer, and be able to use my laptop's wireless capabilities to print off of that printer? Also, if that didn't work, if there was some other way to print remotely. Thanks.

You would have to use a 'Wireless USB Print Server'
Dell offers a selection:

Also, some network storage devices offer USB print server functionality.
