V305W printer installation for Windows 7

Question

The printer will work but the toolbox will not work; ao, I can't scan fro my computer It tells me I need jet framework version 2.0 Also, the Dell System won't let me download the drivers for V305W printer. It keeps saying I haven't selected the file to download. Help...
