What Does "Hardware Error 0502" mean on my A940??
Everytime I try to print, scan, copy ...try to do anything on my A940 its keeps on telling me that there is a "Hardware Error 0502", I have been trying to figure out how to fix it and i'm having no luck at all....PLEASE HELP me and explain how i can fix this major error

This is Darlene...I'm sorry I don't have an answer for you but I have the same message on my Dell A940 printer. Everything was fine, installed 2 new cartridges printed for a couple of days and now nothing. I uninstalled, installed, & rebooted the system and I get the same message. If you hear anything would you be so kind as to share the resolution? I will do the same if I figure it out. Thanking you for your time.
