Where else can I get answers?

It doesn't look like many people respond to these posts.  Any advice as to where else to go?  Dell doesn't have a resource that I can find.  All the documentation does not cover my question.

Thanks

Thanks so much for writing back!  I have a 962 Dell printer (just got it) and I am planning on printing out some pictures.  I got a photo cartridge but there is only one slot for it and the black ink.  If I take the black out, put the photo in, print the pictures and put the black back in, will the photo cartridge dry out?  I can't imagine anyone having enough photo printing at any one sitting to use up the cartridge.  It seems very odd to have a printer that uses three cartridges to only have two slots.  How would I best store the cartridge not in use?

Thanks so much for your help!

Put the cartiage in a zip lock baggie with a damp paper towel. That is the way I keep mime stored.
