Windows XP with Printing problem

I volunteer at a museum. We have 3 Dells Destops and one is a Dell 8200 that we have a problem all of a sudden using file and print option. Printers if you use the print icon from the toolbar. But we need to use print under file to select 1 or more copies which isn't an option using the print icon. I will copy the specs for the 8200 below. Was there a windows update that may have cause this? Anti-virus is a paid for version of AVG. When we select file and print the printer options show up. We select print and the printer option window closes, document closes, and nothing else happens. I think this started within the last month. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
