Not sure if this will help, but when I hit the print button most programs only print one copy. But if I hit
File>Print a pop-up comes up where I can change the quantity I want.
Well, I figured out how to do it using Mail Merge but that is a really tedious process. It's a lot more work than it out to be just to print a few envelopes
If this address is from a letter that you have created, hightlight the address, pull down
Tools, Letters & Mailings, Envelopes & Labels. Choose the Envelopes tab. The inside address will appear in the window. Choose
Add to Document on the right. That will create a new "part" to your document. Then with your cursor on the envelope part choose
File, Print, Current Page and designate however many you want to print.
If this is
not from a letter that you have created, simply open up a new document and type in the name and address that you want the envelopes to be mailed to on the new, blank document. Then, follow the steps I listed above for creating the envelope by highlighting and continuing.
Have you tried creating the envelope, then clicking the Add to Document button? If you do so, you'll be able to place your insertion point in the envelope, then choose File, Print. In the Pages field, type S1 (for section 1) and choose your number of copies.

An easy way to do this in Word:
If this address is from a letter that you have created, hightlight the address, pull down Tools, Letters & Mailings, Envelopes & Labels. Choose the Envelopes tab. The inside address will appear in the window. Choose Add to Document on the right. That will create a new "part" to your document. Then with your cursor on the envelope part choose File, Print, Current Page and designate however many you want to print.
If this is not from a letter that you have created, simply open up a new document and type in the name and address that you want the envelopes to be mailed to on the new, blank document. Then, follow the steps I listed above for creating the envelope by highlighting and continuing.
