Adjust settings (size) in DME?
Hey there- I just had to replace my Inspirion 8100 with WinDVD (which i loved) with another Inspirion laptop. Now this 600m model is mighty nice, but so far i have been way underwhelmed with the dell media experience. I know it might seem silly, but i really, really REALLY dislike those massive blue bubbles that appear everytime i pop in a DVD. It is very distracting and is really driving me crazy. Anyone know how to adjust the settings? I'm one of those folks who like my icons ultra small and my desktop nearly sparse.
If i can't adjust the settings on DME, can i uninstall it and put the WinDVD back on? I still have the disc, but after i loaded the software, the program (WinDVD) would just hang a few seconds after the DVD would start. Do i need to add a new driver? Or will uninstalling DME fix the "hanging" problem? I will happily keep DME if someone can tell me how to shrink all those buttons!! I hate not being able to adjust the settings in a more subtle manner. I'm not a 19 year old kid who needs big shiny buttons-- can anyone help?
Thanks!
