application error after reinstalling

Hello,

I searched on the board to see if anybody has had this problem, and it seems I am the only one so far.

I had to reinstall windows after a crash. I tried reinstalling the dell media experience deluxe in order to get the remore control working again. However, when I try to start the program, I get the following error message:

"The application failed to initialize properly (0xc0000135). Click on OK to terminate the application"

I am wondering what I am doing wrong. Any help would be appreciated.
