Dell will sell you a refurbished system with MS Office and give you a COA with an installation key that is already used. Also, other software, such as McAfee, that was included with the system may not be operational due to it being registered by the previous owner, and you cannot register it to yourself.


Then good luck on getting service if you are a home user buying a refurbished system, because you will get refirbished support.
