Business Contact Manager help

Question

I installed business contact manager, three times, installed the service pack 2 update, twice, I stil don't have business tools menu in my outlook bar. Any help would be greatful, I'd really like to use it.

I'm using Office Pro 2003 and I've tried just about everything I've found on the ms site.
