Cannot update FastAccess - illegal characters in path

Hi,

I seem to be another person having a problem using the automatic update for FastAccess.

I am using version 2.4.96 running Windows 7 64 bit Professional.

When I click for automatic update, it gives me the "illegal characters in path" error message.

Does Dell have any fix for this issue? It seems a few people have the problem.
