ChrisM-i need some help

HI-a few weeks ago I was told that I can obtain a copy of it through your phone orders number. But when I talked to them they said that it is not possible to obtain it. I tired looking around these formus for help and I found one place that you posted in which I could download a copy of Dell Media Experience.

basically-can i get a copy of Dell Media Experience anywhere other than buying a new computer?

 I have not recived a response from you and I would like to know what happened. You said you were going to look into it but i never herd back. I would like to know if it is possible to obtian a copy of DME without having to buy a new computer
