Computer crashed from time to time, i need timely help.
Dear friends:
My dell laptop sometimes would crashed, i do not know why. I have checked it with the Dell Support Center,but no problem has been detected. After useing it some time, it will make some noise like "ka ka ka" ,several seconds later, the mouse can not be moved, the process will still there, press any button was in vain, even have no time to turn the computer off. So everytime i have to use force close, when restarted it, it will work as usual. I fell hopeless about this, i have bought this compyter on june, just more than one month have passed, what is the problem with it? I need help, no matter you are professional views or just personal experience, welcome to communicate with me and help me to solve my problem, thanks.

Welcome to the Community.
I understand your concern with regards to the computer.
As you have mentioned that the computer is making noise and it is a laptop computer. I would request you to provide me few details of the computer like the computer model which you are using, which side of the computer is making the noise so that we can identify if the issue is with the hardware of the computer.
Also wanted to know if there were any disc inside the optical drive when you hear the noise.
