Current Configuration Tool Help

I am not able to see my current configuration.  I have put my service tag in and pushed F5 and it won't return my configuration.  I have seen from others that some have this problem after 3.0.  I clicked yes on the license agreement too.

I had to:

In Internet Explorer, go to Tools > Internet Options. On the General Tab, under the Temporary Internet Files section, click the "Settings" button. Next, click the "View Objects" button. This should render a window titled "Downloaded Program Files".  If you see an item titled "SysProWmi Class", delete it, then close all browsers. Finally, reconnect and try System Profiler again.
