I am still a little confused. When I went to the My Dell Downloads page there were three entries listed for the Media Suite Essentials all with the same version number (10.2) and the same size. One is dated 9/30/2013 and two are dated 10/15/2013. Please explain why three entries are shown? Which link should I use?
The pre-installed MSE on my system is listed as Build 10.0.1.3214 which indicates that it is older than any of the three above.
Am I to understand that Dell is preinstalling third-party software that is more than 1 1/2 years old?
