Dell Data Safe Backup

Question

I cannot seem to create recovery media. When I launch the program I get an error that states 'The system needs to be restarted at least once to perform this operation'. When I restart the PC and try to run the software again, I get the same error. I was able to run this before the Dell software upgraded but I could not complete it because I did not have enough discs.

You need DVD-RAM or usb key whit 8 GB to burn your pc back-up :emotion-11:

I understand that, but even if I insert a disk I get the error. This is a brand new PC and has a DVD Burner.
