This is a factory install and is not available for download. If the below steps do not resolve your issue you would need to perform a factory install to recover the program.
You can try updating the software by following the steps below.
Navigate to - "C:\program files\Dell Datasafe local backup\components\dsupdate\dsupdate.exe"
Double click dsupdate.exe to manually update the application.
