Dell Datasafe Online backup error messages
I get two error messages every time:
1. "The computer is not online" when i'm clearly on line, logged into Dell Datasafe online backup and am able to move around the site. It's a bit absurd.
2. Review Backup/history: "Four Files were not backed up" ok. which four files were not backed up ? Why ? How is it remedied ? What should I do next ? an error message is quite useless if there is no information and nothing that can be done.

I understand that you are facing issue with dell data safe online backup, please try doing uninstalling and reinstalling the application. Using this link.

Dear Community:
I am having a problem with my dell safety backup system. The error message is: The system cannot find the file specified. Error Code: MS_2. I have tried a few HOTFIXES from Microsoft without benefit. I see there are others writing in this & other forums with a similar problem but no answers. I am required by Federal Law to have an offsite back-up of my files. The system simply shuts down (stops) when twenty-five percent is completed. There have been intermittent hiccups with this back up program since I installed when originally purchased, but now it is completely unusable. I could use some help here even if that means finding another program that is more reliable.
