Uninstall Dell Dock.

Download and install Search Everything

Open Search Everything and type

Dell Dock

Delete everything it finds. Then download Dell Dock and install it. It should install.

What Language are you trying to use on the Dell Dock? Is this just an error your getting installing the program? Could you add more information so that I may be able to resolve your issue?
