DELL DOCK not working ::pls help::

Question

this message is appear when i start my laptop if i click Send error report it says it a error senting the report then if i click Don't Send this message reappears

i tried to reinstall the software and after installing it this message reappears

plssssss help............plsss..s.s.s.
