dell mobile connect drivers has failed to load
Hi, i am using dell inspiron 15 3593 version for the past three month and it is dell mobile connect supported. while using the dell mobile connect it connects well but when tried to make a call through it. It always shows "dell mobile connect drivers has failed to load" and i have tried all the option which instructed by it, but there is no use. i have come to know that many of the users are facing the same problem and there is no clear solution. this is very disappointing. can any one help me to come over this problem?

If I have understood correctly, you’re facing an issue with the Dell mobile connect application. We will look into this for you right away. I will need your help in performing some simple steps to identify what’s causing this.
For starters, I would strongly recommend editing out the service tag from the public comment and send us a private message with these
a. Registered owner's name
b. Email address
c. Phone number
d. Current location
e. Are you a retailer or an end-user?
You could also try uninstalling the Dell mobile connect driver from the installed applications and then restarting the computer and installing a fresh copy of it from here

Also, you could try removing your phone from the DMC application and reconfigure it.
