Hello. I have the same problem with DELL Peripheral Manager. I have a keyboard and a mouse Wireless and Bluetooth, but after install of the new update 2.0.0.0 doesn't recognize anymore. I try all possibilities, but unfortunately, no results. On Windows 10 x64 and Windows 11 x64 exactly the same problem.

Right now, I use a mouse with wire and the same problem: "No device detected". I don't know where the problem is.

I hope the new update fix this.

I think I found the solution to the keyboard and mouse recognition problem with DELL Peripheral Manager.

Keyboard:
Step 1 - Install DELL Peripheral Manager
Step 2 - Switch the keyboard button from ON to OFF. Open DELL Peripheral and press the "+" (add device) and toggle the keyboard button from OFF to ON. After that immediately hold the keyboard close to the DELL USB Receiver from the USB port at least 10-15 cm away and long hold any key (ENTER or SPACE) until it recognizes the keyboard.

Mouse:
Switch the button from ON to OFF. Bring the mouse within 10-15 cm of the DELL USB Receiver in the USB port and quickly toggle the button from OFF to ON. The mouse should be recognized immediately.

If there is large distance between the devices and the DELL USB Receiver, it fails to recognize it. If you have the keyboard and mouse connected via Bluetooth, then it recognizes them immediately without having to repeat the above steps. I hope I've explained it well enough for everyone's understanding and I hope you manage to solve the problem. I forgot to mention that you also need to have good batteries in your keyboard and mouse for everything to be ok. I will attach a print screen with the result. :) Have a nice day :)

I have the same issue I think, after upgrading the software to the latest available version (2.0.2.11, A00-00 at the time of this post) the software cannot find my Dell U4025QW anymore.

@KvE What I ended up doing to fix my issue is: Completely uninstalled all Dell software, then restarted my (win11) computer and re-installed the Dell Display and Peripheral Manager and reset my monitor upon launching the application. Failing to reset my monitor the first time I tried this resulted in the application freezing up in a monitor setting panel and then the app did not recognize any devices again, so it seems that resetting the device to default settings from the app is an important step to work around this issue. Now the Dell Display and Peripheral Manager is working normally albeit somewhat slow compared to the Dell monitor app i was using before.

I have Version 2.1.2.12 installed and EVERY DAY! DDPM loses my keyboard, my docking station and my Keyboard KB900! And worst of it all, the Keyboard loses its configuration on F4 and F5 keys.
