Dell System Detect: Diagnostics do not end

From Dell Support page (Dell > Support > Produkt-Support), topic "Diagnostics", I go to "Advanced" and start the "Complete" Diagnostic (Dell > Support > Produkt-Support > Dell System Detect). Before starting it, there is a message that the diagnostics will last 30 minutes. There are 6 steps and the diagnostics comes to the fourth ("Download of selected diagnostics programms"). A hook is set, i.e. this step is finished. But now you can wait several hours, you will always see this stage (see screen shot). The same happens with the recommended "quick test" which should last 10 minutes but does not end, too. What can I do to complete these diagnostics runs?
