Digital Download Stuck on "Pending Validation"

I ordered an XBOX game code directly from Dell using Dell Rewards. I received the order confirmation email and now see the product sitting in my digital locker, however it is not allowing me to view the product key and download the software. It has been many hours now since ordering the product and it still says, "Pending Validation" where the key should be. Any luck on getting this resolved?
